Team Leader/Listing Specialist – After 15+ years in the legal profession specializing as a Legal Assistant, Ana began her Real Estate career in 1995. She currently holds a Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute designation in the industry. As a Team Leader, Ana actively prospects for buyers and sellers, lists properties, negotiates the Contracts, and oversees the sales/marketing process of your home. With her extensive background in Contracts, Ana’s strong negotiation and people skills will benefit both our buyers and sellers. Ana lists, sells and negotiates for you! Ana is fluent in English and Spanish.
 

Chrissie Oliveira
Buyer’s Specialist - Chrissie uses her 10+ years experience in the service industry to help clients with all their needs through out the buying and selling process, taking pride in matching your specific real estate needs with successful strategies to put you in the home of your dreams. Chrissie is fluent in English and Portuguese. 

Luis Sierra
Buyer’s Specialist - Luis specializes in working with buyers, from helping you find your dream home to writing the Contract and assisting you through the process and beyond. Luis’ military and law enforcement background allow him to bring extensive interpersonal and communication’s skills to our team. Luis will assist you in finding the home that fits your needs! Luis is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Orlando Torres
Buyer’s Specialist - Orlando uses his 25 years in corporate America at United Parcel Service with a strong sales background and proven successful negotiating strategies to help you achieve your real estate goals. Orlando’s experience in the service industry has given him exceptional people skills and service mindedness. He advises you through the house hunting process. Orlando is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Sheila Radish
Buyer’s Specialist - Sheila is our newest Team member. Sheila is a true Floridian. Born and raised in Dade County, Sheila has lived in Broward County for over 15 years. She brings many years of experience as an Office manager, working with sales and customer service. Her direct involvement in the Cooper City school system enables her to stay in tune with the community, people and the surrounding areas. 

Henry Orge
Closing Manager - Henry is both Ana’s husband and the Closing Manager for The Ana Orge Real Estate Team. As a previous General Manager of an export company for over 15 years, he is able to use his sales and management skills to benefit both Buyers and Sellers by overseeing the transaction to a successful closing! Henry will be in contact with the client from the moment of Contract until Closing, assuring all details of the transaction are met. Henry is fluent in English and Spanish.
